Saturday, April 9 (Eastern Daylight Time)

10:00 to 10:20 am - ChampTruck Practice

11:20 to 11:50 am - ChampTruck Practice

12:30 to 1:15 pm - Autograph Session with free poster

2:00 to 2:20 pm - ChampTruck Qualifying

#88 qualified first with the fastest lap time of 1.47.901. Morgan starts in the pole position with second place, #14--Ricky Rude beside him.

4:00 to 4:25 pm - ChampTruck Heat 1

Morgan started and finished in first place, just as he did for the opening race of the season last year. Following him was the Jupiter team of Rude (#14) and Boles (#3), who never mounted a serious threat. In the next race the starting positions will be inverted with the last place finishers starting first and first place finishers starting last.

Sunday, April 10 (EDT)

9:00 to 9:20 am - ChampTruck Heat 2

The race started with #88 in the last row. During the first lap #88 moved into 4th place, then in the second lap he moved up to 3rd. Boles (#3) managed to successfully block for the rest of the race which left #88 Mike with a 3rd place finish. Finish order: 17>3>88>14>31>23.

11:00 to 11:20 am - ChampTruck Heat 3

#88 Mike started in 4th place on the second row behind #23, #31 and #14. In the first lap #14 passed #31 then #23 for 1st place. #88 passed #31, then #23 for 2nd place. And #3 passed #31. In the second lap #17 passed #31. In the third lap #3 passed #23 for 3rd place and #88 passed #14 for 1st. The lead positions stayed the same until the finish, with #88 Mike taking 1st for a second time this weekend, #14 taking 2nd, and #3 finishing 3rd.

12:00 to 12:30 pm - Autograph Session with free poster

1:00 to 1:20 pm - ChampTruck Heat 4

Wow, what a race!!! #88 Mike started in last place, but passed #3 in the first lap. Then in an incredible display of driving skill #88 out braked two trucks (#14 and #23) at the end of the straightaway which gave him the inside of the turn allowing him to move ahead. #88 then passed #31 moving into 2nd place! In the next lap #88 passed #17 to take the lead. #88 Mike held that position for the checkered flag. The final top three were #88, #14 and #3.

3:00 to 3:35 pm - ChampTruck Podium Race

#88 Mike started from the back of the field since he had the highest points total for the weekend. By turn 4 #88 had passed #3 who then hit #88's rear bumper, spun out and stalled (evidenced by green paint on #88's rear bumper). #88 passed #23 then #31 in the second lap, placing him in third. In the fifth lap he passed #14, then #17 for first place! The yellow flag came out while a piece of sheet metal was removed from the track. This brought the field closer together, but no positions changed after the green. The final finish for the weekend was #88 first, #14 second, and #17 third. Congratulations to all the winners.
